The ethnic restaurant serves the culinary delights of genuine Continental, Rajasthani, Gujarati and Indian cuisine. Cradled in the cluster of thirteen mountain peaks of the Arawali ranges, the formidable medieval citadel – Kumbhalgarh stands a wary sentinel to the past glory. Rising from a prominent rigde, 1014 meter high from the sea level, the fort was build in the 15th century AD by Maharana Kumba (1419-63 AD) and has the distinction of being the birth place of great warrior Maharana Pratap. The massive fort encompassed by a 42 km. long boundary wall, the second largest in the world after the great China wall, has seven majestic gates and seven ramparts one within the others. Rounded bastion and soaring watch towers strengthen the crenellated walls of the magnificent places and an array of more then 300 temples mostly belong to Jain community.
